Darcy and Lizzy Together
I have seen Darcy and Lizzy spending time with each other. It is absolutely certain that they are in love. They may not notice it but often times I have caught them staring at each other. I will admit that at first I was not sure of this engagement, but now it is very clear that they were made for each other. They often go on walks and get to know one another. They have a lot to catch up on. They will make a great husband and wife.
Lizzy is Engaged!!!
Lizzy has just informed me that she is engaged! You will never guess to whom! It is Mr. Darcy. I asked her if she was sure and she said she was absolutely certain. The look in her eyes also gave way to her love for Mr. Darcy. I am now certain that is a true match on both ends. Lizzy has told me of all the things that Mr. Darcy did just to show his love, such as, paying Mr. Wickham to marry Lydia. I am quite certain they will a lovely couple indeed.
Lady Catherine's Visit
Today Lady Catherine visited Longbourne. I was not sure at first; it was a complete surprise. That is until Lizzy told me what they had discussed while on a walk. She told me that Lady Catherine had heard a rumor that Mr. Darcy was going to propose to Lizzy and that she put her warning into mean terms and harsh reasoning. I am sure Lady Catherine was just being kind and warning Lizzy of the dangers of marrying Mr. Darcy.
Mr. Bingley Proposed!!!
I am so embarrassed for my mother's behavior of purposely getting Mr. Bingley and I alone. Though, I will admit that I am grateful and overjoyed for I am to be Mrs. Bingley. Yes, he proposed! I have not told anyone yet. I hope at least one of my sisters is next.

Lydia, Where Are You?
At last! Lizzy has arrived. I have missed her so much especially since Lydia and father left. I filled her in on everything. She tells me that Uncle Gardiner has gone to London to help father find Lydia. It was not wise of Lydia to run off with him, but to be fair Lydia did not know of his bad reputation. Maybe he has changed and will not use her for her money for she has no money to give. Perhaps it is truly love.
Another Letter From Lizzy
Lizzy has written to me again from Pemberly. This time she writes to tell me that the rest of Mr. Darcy's clan has arrived. Among them are Ms. Darcy, Ms. Bingley, and Mr. Bingley. She says that Mr. Bingley was very much interested in me. He must still love me somehow. She also informed me that Ms. Darcy is not the proud, haughty monster Mr. Wickham made her out to be. If I would have been with her I would have told her that I knew that she was not like that from the start. Speaking of Wickham, I hope she receives the letter bringing the terrible news about him and Lydia running away together. We need her here for support while father is in London searching for Lydia.
Lizzy's News
Today I received a letter from Lizzy. If what she says is true Mr. Darcy has arrived a day earlier than the rest of his clan. She is completely embarrassed. She said that her time with him was awkward, yet, she was surprised by him speaking to her with kindness and civility. He has said that he wishes she would introduce him to her friends and that he could introduce her to his sister. Lizzy has already told me the story that Mr. Darcy told her of Ms. Darcy and Mr. Wickham so I realize the importance of this. Perhaps Mr. Darcy is not the crook that Lizzy makes him out to be.
